Baker - Specialty Foods

We are seeking a skilled Baker to join our team at DOABA SWEETS FACTORY INC. as a key member of our production department.
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods, batters for muffins, cookies, and cakes, and icings and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Bake mixed dough and batters to meet quality and quantity standards.
- Train staff in preparation, cooking, and handling of food to ensure food safety and quality.
- Supervise baking personnel and kitchen staff to maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Ensure that the quality of products meets established standards by inspecting kitchen and food service areas.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory to minimize waste and optimize production.
- Ability to distinguish between colors.
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
