Position Overview

This role will define the delivery of outstanding real estate brokerage services to agents and their clients through effective communication, transaction oversight, compliance training, and support for agents in your region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Designated Broker with their comprehensive responsibilities.
  • Train all licensed agents affiliated with the company's regional entity.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable rules and regulations.
  • Provide exceptional brokerage support to agents in their client representation.
  • Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
  • Participate in broker training and company meetings regularly.
  • Respond promptly to all communications.
  • Stay informed about updates to regulations and communicate changes to agents.
  • Monitor team registrations as required.
  • Review submitted files within the designated timeframe.
  • Address complaints and agent issues as directed.
  • Facilitate educational training sessions for agents.
  • Maintain regular communication with agents, including newsletters and compliance tips.
  • Ensure monthly license audits are accurate and completed.
  • Assist in obtaining and maintaining necessary licenses.
  • Support the Broker of Record/Managing Broker as needed.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Must reside within the designated region.
  • Active real estate broker's license in good standing.
  • Proven experience managing a medium to large brokerage firm.
  • Excellent communication skills across all organizational levels.
  • Strong people management and system implementation skills.
  • Ability to make informed decisions and solve problems effectively.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

Education

BA/MA preferred; High School Diploma/GED required.
