  • Maintain ongoing communication with Sales, Customer Service, and Marketing teams to meet customer requirements.

  • Participate in meetings to discuss key accounts and prioritize growth activities.
  • Support internal teams as necessary to ensure seamless operations.

Administrative Duties

  • Arrange travel as needed while adhering to company policies.
  • Complete expense reports as required by the accounting department.

  • Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, including product and sales training.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Business, or a related field.
  • Five to ten years of sales experience in the industry, with a focus on technical expertise in species and feed additives.
  • Established relationships within the industry are preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to convert prospects into clients through collaboration and technical knowledge.
  • Strong business acumen and customer service orientation.
  • Experience with CRM systems and maintaining sales documentation.
  • Team-oriented with a self-motivated and positive attitude.
  • Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various audiences.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage changing priorities effectively.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Commitment to ethical professional conduct.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Valid driver's license and proof of insurability.
