About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our team at Corina Therapeutic Massage INC. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional massage therapy services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Communication: Explain procedures, risks, and benefits to clients in a clear and concise manner.
  • Treatment Administration: Administer massage techniques through soft tissue manipulation, relaxation techniques, hydrotherapy, trigger point therapy, joint pain, and lower-grade mobilizations.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of treatments given.
  • Client Education: Suggest home care instructions and provide information about techniques to clients.
  • Clinical Practice: Massage and knead muscles and soft tissues of the body.
Requirements
  • Certification: Certification by a provincial or territorial association for massage therapists.
  • Security and Safety: A criminal record check is required.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's licence is required for on-the-road jobs.
  • Physical Demands: The role is physically demanding, requiring standing for extended periods.
Work Environment
