Key Responsibilities- Perform Minor Repairs: Troubleshoot and repair minor issues with appliances, fixtures, and equipment to maintain a safe and functional environment.
- Move Heavy Equipment: Safely transport and relocate heavy furniture, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Perform Routine Maintenance: Conduct regular maintenance tasks such as painting, drywall repair, and other tasks to maintain the appearance and integrity of our properties.
- Care for Grounds: Water and tend to plants, lawns, and/or gardens to maintain a visually appealing and well-maintained outdoor space.
- Clean and Disinfect: Clean and disinfect bathrooms and fixtures to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
- Work Independently: Work with minimal supervision to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.
- Clear Snow and Ice: Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas to ensure safe access to our properties.
- Repetitive Tasks: Perform repetitive tasks as required to maintain a high level of productivity.
- Physical Demands: Bend, crouch, and kneel as needed to complete tasks safely and effectively.
- Work Schedule: Work a regular schedule of 32 hours per week to ensure consistent coverage.
- Language: Work in English to communicate effectively with colleagues and management.
