Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Store Associate. As a key member of our retail team, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty
  • Assist customers in selecting the right products and services, providing expert advice and guidance
  • Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently, maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Build strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers, identifying opportunities to increase sales and revenue
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and procedures
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management, ensuring a visually appealing and well-stocked store
  • Meet or exceed sales goals, contributing to the success of the store and the company
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Previous retail or customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, meeting sales targets and providing excellent customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation
Preferred Qualifications
  • Valid driver's license
  • Previous experience working in a delivery or retail environment
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language
