About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Welder - Fabrication Specialist to join our team at Trison Tarps Inc. as a key member of our fabrication department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Interpret and execute welding process specifications to ensure high-quality fabrications.
  • Operate manual or semi-automatic welding equipment, as well as flame-cutting equipment, to fabricate metal components.
  • Examine welds to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
  • Collaborate with our design team to read and interpret welding blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment to move heavy metal components.
Requirements
  • 3 years of experience in welding and fabrication, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a physically demanding environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
