The Assistant Manager for Restaurant Operations plays a crucial role in overseeing daily activities within the establishment. This position requires a strong focus on ensuring operational efficiency and exceptional customer service.
Educational Requirements- Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
- Manage cash flow and finalize financial documents, including balance sheets and cash reports.
- Oversee inventory management and organization.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Contribute to the development and execution of marketing strategies.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
- Deliver outstanding customer service consistently.
- Plan, organize, direct, control, and assess daily operations to enhance performance.
Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 11-15 staff members.
Technical Skills- Proficient in MS Excel and MS Office applications.
- Experience with spreadsheet management.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.
- Dependable and reliable.
- Excellent written communication skills.
- Highly organized and efficient.
- A collaborative team player.
Minimum of 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience is required. This is a permanent position with a work schedule of 35 to 40 hours per week.
