About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tow Truck Driver to join our team at Pacific Towing and Recovery. As a Tow Truck Driver, you will be responsible for providing emergency roadside assistance and towing services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Emergency Roadside Assistance: Respond to emergency calls and provide assistance to stranded motorists, including towing and recovery services.
  • Towing and Recovery: Operate a tow truck to transport vehicles to a safe location, and recover vehicles from accidents or other incidents.
  • Vehicle Inspection: Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the tow truck and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including communicating with them to understand their needs and providing solutions to their problems.
  • Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure that our customers receive the best possible service.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: Experience an asset
  • Licenses and Certifications: AZ class license, valid driver's licence
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding, overtime required
  • Work Environment: Willing to travel overnight, work in a fast-paced environment
