Job Title: Technical Support Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Analyst to join our team at Mobia Technology Innovations. As a Technical Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers and internal teams.

Job Summary:

The Technical Support Analyst will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications. You will work closely with our customers and internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues, and provide training and guidance on the use of our systems and applications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers and internal teams via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
  • Provide training and guidance on the use of our systems and applications.
  • Document and maintain accurate records of technical issues and resolutions.
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in a technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
