Information Technology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Information Technology Specialist to join our team at Canada Recruitment Agency.
Job Description:Education and Experience:College/CEGEP degree and 5 years or more of experience in the field of information technology, or equivalent experience.
Asset Languages:English, Middle English, and other languages as required.
Work Setting:Help desk, consulting firm, government department and/or agency, financial services industry, insurance company, or other relevant work settings.
Tasks:Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches, implement agile project management methodologies, and ensure the quality of IT service delivery.
Computer and Technology Knowledge:Proficient in MS Office, Python, and other relevant technologies.
Area of Work Experience:Project implementation, IT service delivery, quality assurance or control, and other relevant areas.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities:Ability to work independently, under pressure, and with tight deadlines, with a strong attention to detail.
Personal Suitability:Excellent interpersonal skills, oral communication, written communication, organization, teamwork, analytical, and proactive skills.
