Requirements:

  • Knowledge of surface treatment processes (anodizing, plating, etc.)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
  • Proven track record of process improvement and development

Education and Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in chemistry and/or metallurgy
  • Minimum 1 year of experience working in a production environment
  • Technical ability to interpret drawings
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
