Job Title: Processing Specialist

We are seeking a detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Processing Specialist. As a key member of our Vault Team, you will be responsible for maintaining our inventory of foreign currencies and ensuring accurate record-keeping.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Verify incoming foreign currencies and consolidate them for sale to wholesale traders or replenishment of inventory.
  • Ship foreign currencies via FedEx or armored couriers to clients, ensuring accurate shipments and daily inventory balancing.
  • Record armored shipments for reporting and maintain accurate counts of all foreign banknotes in inventory.
  • Contract obsolete banknotes and inform the Operations department of any modifications or adjustments made to orders in a timely fashion.
Requirements:
  • Holds or is obtaining a related degree.
  • 1 year of related experience.
