Job Title: Helicopter Flight Instructor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Helicopter Flight Instructor to join our team at Canadian Helicopters Limited.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing student pilots in the procedures and techniques of flying helicopters, as well as ground-school subjects such as navigation, radio procedures, and flying regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Instruct student pilots in helicopter flight procedures and techniques
  • Teach ground-school subjects such as navigation, radio procedures, and flying regulations
  • Report required repairs to ground maintenance personnel
  • Train licensed pilots for additional certification
  • Prepare flight evaluation reports
  • Provide pilots with information essential to aviation safety
  • Deliver lectures and presentations
Requirements:
  • Commercial Pilot Licence - rotors
  • Visual Flight Rating
  • Flight instructor ratings
  • Criminal record check
  • Medical exam
  • Valid driver's licence
Preferred Qualifications:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
