Job Summary:

TEEMA Solutions Group Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior.Net Front End Web Developer to join our team. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and building modern web applications using Microsoft.Net deployed on Azure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Technical Development: Perform ongoing technical development of web applications, creating a modern visual identity for the website and participant portal.
  • Web Application Components: Design and build web application components that meet business requirements using Microsoft.Net deployed on Azure.
  • Team Leadership: Guide team members, providing direction and mentorship during the design, development, configuration, testing, and implementation of web application components and overall website design.
  • Code Review and Testing: Conduct code review and performance testing and tuning to ensure high-quality web applications.
  • Security and Compliance: Work with Microsoft Entra and Entra External ID to maintain security for both external users and staff.
  • Technical Documentation: Prepare technical documentation required to support the project(s) and transition technical knowledge to support teams.
  • Progress Reporting: Report technical progress, risks, and issues to the Provincial Manager and team members.
  • Liaison and Collaboration: Liaise with healthcare and technical partners, representing technical needs and solutions.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, business administration, healthcare administration, engineering, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in web development using.Net.
  • Skills: Experience with modern web presentation frameworks, security technologies, and technical designs, specifications, and principles.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Leadership and supervisory skills to coordinate with project teams through project phases.
  • Communication: Ability to establish and maintain cooperative working relationships with coworkers, patients/clients, senior leadership team, and/or the community.
