About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Attendant to join our team at Wu Family. As a Personal Care Attendant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Personal Care: Assist clients with bathing, dressing, and other aspects of personal hygiene.
  • Medication Administration: Administer medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
  • Household Management: Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including laundry and meal preparation.
  • Companionship: Provide emotional support and companionship to clients.
  • Errands and Shopping: Assist clients with grocery shopping and other errands.
Requirements
  • Education: College or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a related field is an asset.
  • Work Environment: Non-smoking environment.
  • Work Setting: Work in the client's home, with optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis.
  • Physical Demands: Physically demanding role, requiring repetitive tasks and work under pressure.
