Position Overview
In this role, you will assist the Site Supervisor on significant healthcare projects, utilizing your skills to perform the following tasks:
Your Contributions:
- Support the site supervisor by producing and revising essential documents, including directives, change notices, reports, and meeting minutes;
- Create comprehensive technical plans and specifications throughout all project phases;
- Assist in evaluating construction and fitting-out costs;
- Research and select suitable products, materials, techniques, and technologies;
- Engage in project coordination by collaborating with stakeholders such as engineers and consultants.
Qualifications:
- College diploma in architectural technology or a master's degree in architecture;
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural experience;
- At least 2 years of experience with Revit software;
- Experience with institutional projects;
- Strong understanding of BIM issues in architecture;
- Familiarity with the Quebec Construction Code;
- Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating independence and initiative;
- Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines;
- Fluency in French; proficiency in English is an asset;
- Knowledge of tools/modules complementary to Revit (e.g., Enscape) is a plus;
- Membership in the Ordre des architectes du Québec is advantageous.
