Position Overview

In this role, you will assist the Site Supervisor on significant healthcare projects, utilizing your skills to perform the following tasks:

Your Contributions:

  1. Support the site supervisor by producing and revising essential documents, including directives, change notices, reports, and meeting minutes;
  2. Create comprehensive technical plans and specifications throughout all project phases;
  3. Assist in evaluating construction and fitting-out costs;
  4. Research and select suitable products, materials, techniques, and technologies;
  5. Engage in project coordination by collaborating with stakeholders such as engineers and consultants.

Qualifications:

  1. College diploma in architectural technology or a master's degree in architecture;
  2. A minimum of 5 years of relevant architectural experience;
  3. At least 2 years of experience with Revit software;
  4. Experience with institutional projects;
  5. Strong understanding of BIM issues in architecture;
  6. Familiarity with the Quebec Construction Code;
  7. Ability to work collaboratively while demonstrating independence and initiative;
  8. Capability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines;
  9. Fluency in French; proficiency in English is an asset;
  10. Knowledge of tools/modules complementary to Revit (e.g., Enscape) is a plus;
  11. Membership in the Ordre des architectes du Québec is advantageous.
