Opportunity
As a Sales Representative at Wajax, you will be responsible for increasing revenue from key industry accounts and acquiring new accounts. You will lead the sales strategy and plan, including target client accounts, prospecting, following up on potential clients, and maintaining good relationships with existing clients. You will maintain and grow key account relationships by proactively identifying opportunities and presenting innovative solutions.
Role
- Continuously seek out new clients; make sales calls, including cold calling and following up on potential and referred clients to present product solutions and increase sales in assigned territory.
- Determine and strengthen relationships with existing client decision-makers by developing a continuous relationship strategy, maintaining partnerships, and establishing Wajax as a reputable advisor.
- Examine and comment on target client possibilities while ensuring alignment with the global account strategy.
- Make forecasts, deliveries, and adjustments to accounts to ensure success in accordance with contractual clauses.
- Work collaboratively with product experts to identify expansion and cross-selling opportunities in existing accounts and capitalize on them.
- Follow up on orders, quotes, and services requested from clients; undertake activities to ensure sales such as collecting information on competitors and analyzing products offered by them, as well as applying and determining prices to respond to client objections.
- Develop proposals and quotes based on client needs, specifications, and offered products.
- Comply fully with the IMPACT sales process and installed CRM tools (Salesforce).
Candidate
- Education: Bachelor's degree or college diploma
- Work experience: A proven experience of at least 4 years during which the candidate has achieved or exceeded sales and account management targets
- Knowledge: Experience in the industry at a management level and knowledge of industry sectors would be an asset
- Skills: Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
