Pharmacy Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at FreshCo. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team and ensuring that our patients receive exceptional care and service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the pharmacy team to deliver high-quality patient care and service
- Develop and implement pharmacy programs and product launches to promote patient service standards and drive sales
- Act in the patient's best interest to implement and support patient-centered care through professional scope of practice and team delivery of company programs
- Manage the selection, onboarding, training, and development of pharmacy staff
- Ensure all regulatory requirements and company policies, processes, and procedures are implemented in the department
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
- Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
- Injection and First Aid Certification
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacist
- Kroll software experience is preferred
