Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and physically capable Housekeeping Attendant to join our team at Prestige Inn Golden. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our hotel rooms and public areas.

Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, make beds, and change sheets.
  • Guest Services: Distribute clean towels and toiletries, stock linen closets, and handle lost and found items.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, and clean and disinfect elevators.
  • Communication: Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items, and provide basic information on hotel facilities.
  • Housekeeping Operations: Pick up debris, empty trash containers, and clean changing rooms and showers.
Work Environment and Physical Demands

This is a fast-paced environment that requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and the ability to work under pressure. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel, and handle heavy loads.

Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Will train.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Term: Seasonal.
  • Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
