Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
Work Environment
  • Conditions: Noisy and dusty environments typical of construction sites.
  • Settings: This position will involve working in commercial, industrial, and residential renovation projects.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare layouts that comply with building codes using precise measuring tools.
  • Measure, cut, shape, and assemble materials including wood, wood substitutes, and lightweight steel.
  • Coordinate and schedule work activities on-site.
  • Estimate project costs and required materials.
  • Maintain, repair, and renovate various structures including residential homes and commercial buildings.
Certifications
  • First Aid Certificate is required.
