Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to assigned patients, both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Conduct assessments, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate patient outcomes.
- Engage in discharge planning, advocate for clients, and provide education to patients and their families regarding health and wellness.
- Improve the quality of life for patients and their families through compassionate care.

Qualifications:
Education & Experience
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the BC College of Nurses and Midwives (BCCNM).
- Proficiency in nursing practice relevant to the designated patient population.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
