About This Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced operations professional to join our team at Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited. As a Distribution Center Manager, you will be responsible for leading the daily operations of our 120,000 square foot facility in Hamilton, Ontario.

Responsibilities
  • Lead logistics activities to ensure efficient delivery, fleet, technical service, and warehouse operations.
  • Manage a team of direct and indirect reports, including warehouse supervisors and distribution supervisors.
  • Develop and maintain complex relationships with union leadership, suppliers, and senior management.
  • Identify and lead the execution of optimization initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance standards and facility policies are communicated and adhered to.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of management experience in a large unionized company.
  • Completed post-secondary education or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong influencing and people management skills.
  • Strong business acumen and presentation skills.
  • Bilingualism (spoken and written in French and English).
