About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Market Analyst to join our team at CB Canada. As a Market Analyst, you will play a critical role in supporting our research team by collecting and disseminating project information, entering data into our proprietary database, and liaising with industry professionals and information partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Collection and Entry: Conduct research and collect data on commercial real estate projects, including site visits and data entry into our database.
  • Industry Liaison: Build relationships with brokers, stakeholders, planners, and developers to gain data cooperation and collection support.
  • Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date on commercial real estate trends, including sales and listings, and maintain an understanding of industry best practices.
  • Database Management: Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of data entry into our database, and assist in the establishment and implementation of data governance and standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: A degree or diploma in Real Estate, Geography, Urban Planning, Business, Economics, or a related discipline, with 1+ years of experience in commercial real estate.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data collection, data interpretation, and compilation, as well as experience with Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships within and across teams.
