- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with VMware Horizon and NSX configurations.
- Lead storage replication and disaster recovery initiatives within virtual infrastructures.
- Analyze logs from vCenter and VMs to identify and resolve system issues.
- Implement and manage backup solutions using tools like Veeam or Avamar.
- Expertise in Dell and/or VMware platforms.
- Practical experience with incident response.
- Background in security and risk management.
- Ability to travel to client sites on short notice when required.
