We are seeking a skilled Painter to join our team at Blue Horse Worldwide Inc. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality painting services to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Surface Preparation: Prepare, clean, and sand surfaces to be painted, ensuring a smooth finish.
- Repair and Maintenance: Repair cracks and holes in surfaces, and perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure optimal painting conditions.
- Paint Application: Mix paint to desired color and texture, and apply paint, wallpaper, and other materials to interior and exterior surfaces.
- Estimation and Planning: Estimate costs and materials required for each project, and plan work schedules to meet deadlines.
- Client Communication: Advise clients on colors and choice of wall coverings, and provide guidance on painting techniques and best practices.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
- Work Environment: Work outdoors, in confined spaces, and with odors.
- Work Setting: Relocation costs covered by employer, and willingness to relocate.
- Physical Demands: Physically demanding work, with the ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
- Personal Suitability: Flexibility, reliability, and a team player attitude.
This is a permanent position, working 30 to 40 hours per week. The work language is English.
