Job Summary

:

We are seeking a skilled Logistics Technician to join our team at DSV. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the efficiency of our warehouse automation systems.

Key Responsibilities

:
  • Monitor and analyze warehouse automation systems to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.
  • Collaborate with senior technicians and logistics coordinators to troubleshoot issues and implement solutions.
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of tasks and projects, and proactively plan for future initiatives.
  • Conduct regular equipment maintenance and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
  • Evaluate automation performance and make informed decisions on waving and releasing orders.
  • Communicate with senior management and other stakeholders to report process anomalies and operating supply shortages.
  • Assist with physical inventories, cycle counts, and inventory reconciliation.

Requirements

:
  • Ability to analyze and identify abnormalities in system performance and problem-solve.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and Access an asset.
  • Strong communication and decision-making skills.
  • Analytical and detail-oriented.

Work Environment

:

This role requires working in a fast-paced warehouse environment, with regular exposure to automation systems and equipment. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a dynamic environment and able to adapt to changing priorities.
