Job Title: General Construction Labourer

We are seeking a skilled General Construction Labourer to join our team at L3J General Services. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in various aspects of construction projects, including loading and unloading materials, cleaning and lubricating equipment, and performing routine maintenance work.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials
  • Clean and lubricate cranes and other equipment
  • Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring, and barricades
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
  • Perform routine maintenance work and clean up chemical spills and other contaminants
  • Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites
  • Tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites
Requirements:
  • Experience in construction or a related field is an asset
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in various weather conditions
  • Valid driver's license and willingness to travel regularly
  • Ability to work at heights and in noisy environments
