Job Title: Operations Vice President

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to join our team at Honest Cleaning Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company, ensuring the efficient use of resources, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Manage and oversee the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate and approve promotional campaigns, and approve overall human resources planning
  • Represent the company in negotiations or other official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate the necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions
  • Conduct performance reviews and establish objectives for the organization
Requirements:
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Valid driver's license and own vehicle
