About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Mechatronics Project Engineer to join our Engineering team at BRP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the design, development, and validation of systems for our recreational vehicle product line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the development of new vehicle systems, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to design, develop, and test innovative mechatronics solutions.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test plans.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, regulations, and industry best practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in mechatronics design and development.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects on time.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong understanding of mechatronics principles, including sensors, actuators, and control systems.
