Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and caring Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing personalized care and support to our clients, enabling them to maintain their independence and dignity in the comfort of their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and social interaction to help alleviate feelings of loneliness and isolation
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
- Help with light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises
- Provide respite services for family caregivers
- Transport clients to appointments and engage in activities of interest
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Access to reliable transportation or a valid driver's license
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
