Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Investment Business Analyst to contribute to our team in Edmonton. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing financial data to identify trends and opportunities for investment, and developing strategies to maximize returns on investments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify patterns and opportunities for investment
  • Develop and implement investment strategies to optimize returns
  • Monitor and report on investment performance, providing actionable insights to senior management
  • Research and analyze financial markets and products to stay up-to-date on industry trends
  • Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate investment opportunities
  • Prepare and present detailed reports and presentations to senior management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in investment analysis
  • Strong knowledge of financial markets and products
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
