Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a friendly, attentive, and professional demeanor during all guest interactions and respond effectively to any guest concerns.
  • Ensure that the front desk, lobby, and guest entrance are impeccably presented for optimal first impressions.
  • Monitor arrivals, departures, and daily activities, organizing VIP amenities as necessary.
  • Efficiently manage guest reservations made via phone, in person, or online.
  • Process various payment methods, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit, and accurately balance all credit card transactions.
  • Conduct daily auditing, balancing, and closing procedures with precision and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Previous experience in front desk operations, night auditing, or hotel environments is advantageous.
  • Strong mathematical and bookkeeping abilities.
  • Proficiency in English is required.
  • Comfortable with technology and various software applications.

Work Environment

This role involves working night shifts any day of the week, with occasional day or evening shifts as needed. The position requires prolonged periods of standing and may involve lifting and bending. You will primarily work independently, with limited supervision, and may experience brief exposure to cooler air due to the front desk location.
