Role Overview:
As an O2C Customer Solutions Analyst, you will oversee the order management process, ensuring a seamless transition from order capture to delivery, thereby driving the Perfect Order Cycle. Your role will involve streamlining the O2C process by maintaining accuracy, timely execution, and high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
This Talent Pool is intended for filling full-time permanent and/or contract positions within the O2C team as opportunities arise throughout the year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and enhance Order to Cash processes for assigned customer accounts.
- Address Demand Capture issues and resolve blocked orders through effective order filtering.
- Assess customer deductions and compliance penalties.
- Investigate transportation, warehousing, and billing challenges within established Service Level Agreements.
- Review and analyze returns and refusals, ensuring compliance with destruction policies where necessary.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to rectify master data discrepancies and pricing exceptions that lead to order blocks or failures.
- Provide updates on order status to customers and internal teams, monitoring open orders in accordance with policy.
- Identify areas for process improvement using LEAN and Focus Improvement methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues while balancing daily operational demands.
- Strong communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders.
- Able to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and French is preferred, as collaboration with stakeholders across Canada is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in conducting root cause analysis to ensure error-free order fulfillment.
- Project management experience, either supporting or leading initiatives.
- Familiarity with Supply Chain principles and processes.
