About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist to join our team at 2704989 ONTARIO INC. As a Data Scientist, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that drive business growth and improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and Develop Information Systems: Utilize your expertise in data analysis and machine learning to design and develop information systems that meet the business needs of our organization.
  • Provide Strategic Advice: Offer strategic advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Lead and Coordinate Teams: Lead and coordinate teams of information systems professionals in the development of software and integrated information systems, process control software, and other embedded software control systems.
  • Research and Document Data Requirements: Research and document data requirements, data collection and administration policy, and data access rules to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Conduct Quality Assurance Reviews: Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems to ensure they meet business standards.
  • Develop and Implement Data Policies: Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models to ensure data consistency and accuracy.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a related field.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
