Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Scotiabank. As a key member of our Business Process Re-Engineering team, you will play a critical role in driving process improvements and optimizing business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that drive efficiency and cost savings
  • Develop and implement analytical models to assess and optimize business processes
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to management and staff on business process management principles and Lean Six Sigma methodologies
  • Communicate complex ideas and influence senior leadership to adopt process improvements and champion change management
  • Champion a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems, and knowledge
  • Ensure day-to-day activities are aligned with the Bank's risk culture and risk appetite statement
Requirements
  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in business process improvement or a related field
  • Post-secondary degree in business, information technology, or a related discipline
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is an asset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
