Position Title: Superintendent - Transportation Maintenance

STM is in search of a dedicated Superintendent - Transportation Maintenance to enhance our operational team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the delivery of transportation vehicles, ensuring both quantity and quality standards are met.
• Manage and supervise the daily functions of the transportation facility.
• Implement effective management strategies aimed at fostering employee engagement and recognition.
• Facilitate team development to meet established goals.
• Build and maintain strong partnerships with stakeholders and collaborators.
• Track performance metrics and initiate corrective measures as necessary.
• Engage in special initiatives focused on enhancing maintenance performance.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations within the workplace.
• Promote teamwork and cooperation with colleagues across various transportation facilities.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a college diploma in a relevant discipline.
• A minimum of 8 years of experience in maintenance, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.
• Demonstrated customer focus, results-oriented mindset, sound judgment, effective communication, and change management capabilities.
