Housekeeping Room Attendant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeping Room Attendant to join our team at Sparkling Hill Resort. As a key member of our housekeeping team, you will be responsible for ensuring our guest rooms and public areas are clean, comfortable, and well-maintained.
Key Responsibilities:- Clean and prepare guest rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and restocking amenities
- Restock and maintain housekeeping supplies and equipment
- Respond to guest requests and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Work collaboratively with other housekeeping staff to ensure efficient and effective cleaning and maintenance of all areas of the resort
- Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, and polishing
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous housekeeping experience an asset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Physical ability to lift up to 23 kg (50 lbs) and stand for extended periods
