Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Meat Processing Specialist to join our team at Kwality Sweets & Restaurant. This role involves a variety of tasks related to the preparation and presentation of high-quality meat products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Meat Preparation: Clean and prepare meats for processing, ensuring all products meet quality standards.
  • Cutting and Trimming: Execute standard cuts of meat, including trimming and packaging.
  • Poultry Processing: Cut poultry into appropriate parts for sale.
  • Fish and Seafood Handling: Clean and prepare fish and shellfish, cutting them into steaks and fillets.
  • Specialty Products: Create unique sausages and prepare special displays of meats, poultry, and fish.
  • Presentation: Shape, lace, and tie roasts and other meat products for an appealing presentation.
Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 to 2 years in a similar role.
  • Employment Type: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Working Hours: 40 hours per week.
