About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at Bio Mart Inc. as a key member of our operations department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Operational Plans

Develop specific plans to prioritize tasks and optimize warehouse operations, ensuring seamless execution and timely completion of tasks.

Inventory Management

Organize and maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring that stock levels are up-to-date and that inventory is properly stored and secured.

Logistics and Supply Chain Management

Oversee the operational logistics of the organization, including planning and organizing the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods.

Reporting and Communication

Prepare and submit regular reports to management on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and supply chain performance.

Maintenance and Repair

Arrange for maintenance and repair work to be performed on equipment and facilities, ensuring that the warehouse remains in good working condition.

Procurement and Requisitioning

Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed, ensuring that the warehouse is properly stocked and equipped.
