Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at High Level Denny's & Bar One. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that all food is prepared to the highest standards.
- Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, ensuring that we have the necessary resources to meet customer demand.
- Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
- Prepare budget and cost estimates, ensuring that we are operating within our means.
- Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for future planning.
- Prepare food order summaries for the chef, ensuring that all orders are accurate and complete.
- Supervise and check the assembly of trays, ensuring that all food is presented to the highest standards.
- Supervise and check the delivery of food trolleys, ensuring that all food is delivered to the correct location.
- Establish work schedules, ensuring that all staff are aware of their duties and responsibilities.
- Standing for extended periods, ensuring that you are able to move around the kitchen and dining area with ease.

- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a food service supervisory role, with a proven track record of success.
