Job Title: Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team at Advance Float Service. As a Truck Driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Transportation: Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials.
  • Vehicle Maintenance: Oversee the condition of the vehicle, inspect tires, lights, brakes, cold storage, and other equipment.
  • Logistics: Load and unload goods, perform brake adjustments, and record cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Communication: Receive and relay information to central dispatch, operate GPS and other navigation equipment, and use a trip recorder (on-board computer).
Requirements:
  • Certifications: AZ class license, Air Brakes Endorsement, and a valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A).
  • Documentation: Accurate completion of accident or incident reports, bill of lading, driver logbook, inspection report, and trip reports.
  • Security and Safety: Valid passport, basic security clearance, driver's validity license check, and driving record check (abstract).
Work Environment:

As a Truck Driver at Advance Float Service, you will work in a fast-paced environment with various locations and a willingness to relocate. You will be required to work 40 to 60 hours per week and have a physically demanding role with repetitive tasks.
