Accounting Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our team at The 401 Group of Companies. As an Accounting Professional, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records.
Key Responsibilities- Financial Statement Preparation: Verify and prepare financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements, to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Accounting and Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports to support business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
- Account Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare and submit financial reports to management and stakeholders, including financial statements, budgets, and forecasts.
- Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and laws, and identify and mitigate financial risks.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or Business Administration.
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in an accounting function, preferably in a similar industry.
- Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, detail-oriented, and willing to learn and adapt to new situations.
