Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Building Maintenance Attendant to ensure cleanliness and sanitation in various facilities. This role involves performing essential cleaning tasks to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.

Qualifications
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is an asset.
Work Environment

The position will require working in various locations, adapting to different settings and conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors to ensure cleanliness.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances.
  • Maintain cleanliness in elevators and common areas.
  • Collect debris and empty trash containers regularly.
  • Launder clothing and household linens as needed.
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings to uphold facility standards.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to provide a hygienic experience.
  • Address any customer complaints or concerns promptly.
Physical Requirements

The role demands:

  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Engagement in repetitive tasks that may be physically demanding.
  • Capability to bend, crouch, kneel, and stand for extended periods.
  • Regular walking throughout the workday.
