Your Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective risk management strategies to minimize loan losses and legal risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to restore the profitability of accounts in financial difficulty
- Monitor and analyze portfolio performance to identify areas for improvement
- Participate in committees that require a high level of expertise and represent the Bank with various organizations, agencies, and influential stakeholders in the field
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including other lenders, investors, and creditors

Requirements:- University diploma and 8 years of relevant experience
