As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing, coordinating, and managing the details of our day camp programs and events.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, organize, and evaluate the operations and delivery of recreation facilities, programs, services, and events.
- Develop and implement program development and instruction.
- Supervise personnel and the work of volunteers.
- Manage budgets and administer financial resources.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.
- College diploma or certificate in Recreation, Leisure Studies, or Community Development or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in recreation administration or a related field.
- Current CPR and Standard First Aid certification.
- Certification in one recreation program area.
- High Five Principles of Healthy Child Development or High Five Sport.
- High Five QUEST 2.
- High Five Healthy Minds for Healthy Children.
French is an essential language for this role.
