Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify new business opportunities, develop and implement strategies to drive growth, and build strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Operational Excellence: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the Custody and Investment Services team, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Client Satisfaction: Work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions to meet their expectations.
- Team Leadership: Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure their success.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to the development of the bank's overall strategy, providing input on business growth, risk management, and operational efficiency.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in the financial services industry, with a strong background in custody and investment services.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Strong leadership and management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
