Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Product Strategist to join our team. As a Product Strategist, you will be responsible for driving business growth and operational excellence through strategic planning, process improvement, and stakeholder engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement business strategies to maximize value and drive growth
  • Analyze business operations and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Engage with stakeholders to define and document business requirements and product visions
  • Communicate product strategies and provide direction to delivery squads and other stakeholders
  • Prioritize and manage product backlogs to ensure alignment with strategic goals
  • Lead delivery squads through iterative releases and adapt a scrum framework
  • Ensure product quality by defining and refining acceptance criteria and participating in testing and validation activities

Requirements

  • Experience in defined benefit pension administration or business analysis in the financial sector
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and leadership skills
  • Ability to articulate ideas/problems/solutions to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Self-driven and proactive attitude
  • Knowledge of agile principles and frameworks (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills – critical thinking, decision making, and creativity
  • Proficiency in SQL
  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies and/or pension administration (an asset)
