Britt Medical Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our hospital-based team in northern Vermont. As a CRNA with our team, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our anesthesia department.
Responsibilities- Provide and manage all aspects of general anesthesia, regional anesthesia, and monitored anesthesia care
- Independently provide acute pain services, including ultrasound-guided nerve blocks and indwelling epidural catheter placement and management
- Take shared call from home, approximately 1:4
- Participate in the development and implementation of anesthesia care plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
- Current CRNA licensure and certification
- Experience in independent practice and ultrasound-guided regional anesthesia
- Proficiency in Meditech and iProcedure Anesthesia EMR
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Competitive base salary and benefits package
- Rotating schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off
