Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our next-generation connected health platform.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Technical Leadership: Lead the vision, strategy, and execution of new feature development for our Connected Health Platform, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
  2. Technical Expertise: Share your expertise as a technical leader, mentoring and shaping best practices around microservices and domain-driven design (DDD).
  3. Problem-Solving: Solve complex technical problems by providing creative solutions that promote innovation and continuous learning.
  4. Product Roadmap: Collaborate with key stakeholders to shape the current and future product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  5. Team Empowerment: Empower the team to write well-documented, optimized code through brainstorming sessions, collaborative tools, and code reviews.
  6. Culture Champion: Champion a culture of best practices that deliver high-quality, performant, and accessible web experiences for our customers and patients.
  7. Production Environment: Collaborate with the team to maintain production environments that are critical to our technology.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on cloud-based technologies.
  2. Experience implementing microservices and inter-service communication pipelines.
  3. Experience in designing modern web APIs, such as REST and/or GRPC.
  4. Experience with continuous integration methodologies in an agile framework.
  5. Proficiency with code versioning and project management tools, such as Git and JIRA.
  6. Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
